$125/weekday night, (Sun.-Thurs.)
$150/weekend night (Fri/Sat),
$425/w Sun. for "x-tended weekend",
$800/ full week (7 days)
*2-DAY STAY MINIMUM on weekends (Fri. & Sat.)
*Holidays: $50 additional per night, and a 2-night minimum
~(Includes "Fort Ligonier Days")
*$40 cleaning fee assessed with each stay

Check in/out:
Check-in is 3 pm.
Check-out is 11 am.
*If you need early or late check in, please inform us and we will try to accommodate.
Early departure does not warrant any refund of any money. Whereas, late check-in does not warrant any discounts!
Reservations: We will ONLY hold your reservation with deposit of $100.00 (minimum), or, if balance due is paid in-full in cash. Also, a copy of a valid credit card and photo I.D. must be sent. Your driver's license or photo I.D. is also required at the time of check-in.
Security Deposit / Regulations: Guest agrees to compensate us for any excessive cleaning or missing items. We do require valid credit card information and proper identification. This information is required as a guarantee against any damages, theft, smoking in the house or excessive cleaning. Absolutely NO Smoking inside!!
There is a strict, detailed inventory sheet on everything in our homes.
*Any theft or damages beyond normal wear & tear are the sole responsibility of the guest.
Cancellations: A seven (7) day notice of your first night's reservation is required for all cancellations. Otherwise, you will be charged for the time you initially reserved. However, if we are able to rent the house during that time or part of the time you will only be charged for the time that was not filled. Early departure does not warrant any refund of any money. Whereas, late check-in does not warrant any discounts!
Additional fees: There will be a cleaning fee of $45 assessed with each stay. We want to make sure our homes are spotless for each guest. There is No daily maid service: While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, It is available at an additional rate. There are washers and dryers in each home to upkeep on your laundry or linens for your convenience.
Age: We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age
unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
